I would value them in the $200 to $250 range because of the rough shape of the cabs and the fact they are in Florida which tends to have more supply than demand. They can be refurbished but it would take a lot of time and effort. Those scratches will come out, not perfectly, but pretty good. Heresy's in good condition go for $400 all day long. I've met other people with this mindset, that goes something like "it's all about the sound and the speaker condition doesn't matter." These were $40, they look great except for the one ding in the top center of one of them. These were turned into Claude's Super Heresy. Now they sound better than they look.
