I have a couple of special edition sauces to offer. The first is called Yellow Peril, and uses 7 pot peppers. It packs some heat, with a bright flavor using ginger and garlic, finished with lime juice and Hawaiian sea salt. The second is Red Menace, from Arkansas Ghosts, which hasn't been made yet, but will be soon. Sizes are subject to custom order. The Red Menace has some serious heat, I can just imagine it with butter for a wicked wing sauce. The Yellow Peril is no slouch and has great flavor. There is no added concentrate or extract that the commercially available sauces inevitably have. It's hot, and it's good---it's good and hot, but it won't kill you when properly applied. It will make an atomic wing sauce I am sure. Combine with kerrygold butter and toss wings in it. Of course it works with anything else, too. The lil girl working, who moved up here from TX told me she dipped fries in her's that I gave her the other nite. As it turned out she shared w/a few of the other kids working. Told her just give me a large order I was going home and try it out. She told me to pull forward and a couple minutes later 3 of them brought my order out... One HUGE bag of nothing but fries full to the brim... They were ALL laffin!!! So taking some shortly to share with them. Ha! Yea, ANOTHER double thumbs up!
