I love my animals as if they were my own children, and would do almost anything (short of murder...I'm not a criminal) to protect them from any jackass that would purposely do them any harm. I don't know about you Paul, maybe you do or maybe you don't hold as much value to the lives of your own dogs as I do for my cats...I hold my animals in very high regards. They show me unconditional love and appreciation, and in turn I love them and treat them with all the respect they deserve (hell, they even see their vet more than I do my own doctor)! But if some asswipe deliberately mistreated or harmed any one of my animals, you can bet the farm I'd want justice served to the fullest extent of the law! I favor cats more than I do dogs, but I have absolutely no hatred or dislike towards them or the people who own them. I've dated women who owned dogs and have had no problems relating to them or their favorite pets. And I sure wouldn't post my feelings like travisc did on a cat-related thread and say that he really wouldn't feel so bad if his girlfriend's cats were run over simply because he didn't care for them. Sure, I blew my top after reading his statement, but he later retracted his posts and apologized, which was cool on his part! My poor choice of words was unwarranted, and for that I'm sorry. Surely you can understand an analogy when you read one, but then again what do I know...I love flea-powered SET amps so I must be nuts! Gets accused of riding the 'short bus' because she walks around with tongue hanging out due to couple of missing teeth. She's a cute lil girl, doncha think. WHen I was living in Speedway, this neighborhood mama cat kept bringing us her kitties from like a block away. After they got too big for mama to carry, this little one kept coming around, she was just a gypsy wanderer, hence the first rock and roll cat name of the menagerie. Just type in < img src=http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/files/gypsysm.jpg > but without the spaces and with no quote marks. Quote marks cause goofification.
