Dee,

I just now saw this thread (I've been away from the Forum a couple of days).

I'm delighted to hear you are doing better and are back home. I hope you fire up the Dynacos and relax with your favorite tunes while you recover completely!

Friends,

Thank you for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers.

Got dismissed from hospital last night and am deeply thankful for

things to have gone well. Jan had printed out this thread and

brought it up to the hospital and I enjoyed reading your posts. Jan was

sitting with me and I was interpreting quite a few of the

tagline/signatures to her. That was some nice time.

We were glad to not need the heart cath and thankful to have a great

doc who decided to order the lung scan Thursday night before the

arteriogram on Friday. At first they thought I'd have to come

home on oxygen, but that was not necessary. The doc said "we can send

you home if you are willing to give yourself these injections." I said,

no prob. So mostly I'm having some nice time visiting with my wife over

tea and Fini's "Acoustic Alchemy" CD's. I go back to the doc on Monday

and get a few things lined out.... like how much mileage I can get by

with this resting and clot dissolving period.

It is truly sad news to hear of LynnM's death. Things can happen

quickly. One thing I think that's worthy of note is that even with a

really grim situation in front of him, among the things Lynn wanted to

do in (what he certainly knew was) the last season of his life was to

get some enjoyment from giving his Heritage gear some TLC with new caps

in his crossovers. Bob Crites was kind enough to get some caps off to

him. Sadly, the caps arrived after his death, but he did know they were

coming. Not to be corny about that, but it's something that only

Klipschters could appreciate.

I am happy to be here. In fact, I'm happy to be anywhere. It is absolutely great being vertical.

Friends, thank you. I appreciate you folks with a genuine attitude of gratitude.

Blessings to you.

Dee
