Need to Listen to Lascala II's

I will get some different photos. These are the ones I took for painting. I like the colors. I am scheduled to go to indy but it may be too late. I am thinking about ordering sooner. I am sure the Lasacalas will do the trick. As for the sub if the RSW-15 isn't the right one then what sub is recommended to keep up with the lasaclas?

I am going over to the model home today to get more pictures.

Would the 60th Anniversery Khorn be better for my situation?

If you are looking to use LS II in a HT.....you might want to check out my pictures, they are listed under my profile.... Re: Trey....new pics are up...Klipsch all the way around..... The only change in my situation is a HK receiver, and I now have my Heresy III's placed on the floor. I know this is not the best way for rear surrounds but the bass is better and the risers help point the sound towards ear level...... This system sounds great in 2 channel with the sub adding depth, it also does the trick in 5 channel stereo especially since the H III's are now broken in with plenty of playing time.......The center speaker works very well but I would eventually like to get another LS II for the center.... it also kicks in surroun, my son and I have probably 50 BRays

Using the long wall (Not shown) would be great for Khorns but then once I put my TV up on the wall and put my couch in front of it. I would be sitting within 5 feet of the TV. Kinda close and the room won't flow right.

If you already have the sub, try it with the La Scalas and judge for yourself how good they sound together. The room is always a factor, so it would be hard for anyone to guarantee that their suggestion would be the best for your system, your room and your ears.

    Trey....finally
    have everything in and set up.....besides speakers I'm including my old
    Beogram 3404 which I got around 1980 and the PS III for Blue Ray.


    I had a lot of great input on placement for the rear Heresy III's,
    however I ended up getting some monitor stands from Guitar Center fo
    $70 out the door....then took the most important suggestion which came
    from my wife...until we can possibly do a dedicated HT...the stands are
    as good as it gets, and after 27 years as my wife her advice is the one
    that counts the most.....Later..........Steve

    They
    may not be a match made in HERITAGE HEAVEN........but the RC-64 is a
    great center channel and does a really good job. At some point I hope
    to do a dedicated HT would like to go with another LaScala.......but I
    am very pleased with the way things sound at the present, although I
    know most forum members feel strongly that the 64 has no place with LS
    II's my untrained ear is "happy" and I have no regrets with my setup.

for sub-punch in movies......the LS II's and RC-64 carry really good
bass response but big bangs need a little extra punch and depth, I know
there are bigger ways to approach the end result, but the 12 is really
all I need.......I guess there can never be too much from a sub but for
me this is enough.

Hey Rob, are you married? IOW's, do you have WAF to consider? The home looks really nice and if you're going to furnish it with quality stuff similar to what's in the model, you might want to shy away from the Jubilee -- a utilitarian look is going to look way out of place. You also listen to the same kind of music I do, and that could lead you into the trouble too with the Jubilee, which is brutal sounding with highly compressed redbook recordings. I strongly suggest you stay with your initial choice -- the LaScala II. Definitely keep 60th Anniversary Klipschorns in the mix if you can work a pair into the room.

Don't forget to give a report back on their arrival and how they sound. I bought a pair back in 1979 and though I love them, the LSII's are noticably better in the bass department.
