I'm not very good at selling either. If I had a $1000.00 bag of gold coins and somebody offered me $100.00 I would say OK, it's yours. When I sell it's gone before it's gone.

Yes, but it depends on the size of the welder, cost, and how much practice time it takes to make a decent weld. My Lincoln $2500.00 Tig would do the job nicely but it took some learning time.

The only good packing I ever saw was by Fisher (1960's) when shipping overseas. It arrived in an external wooden crate with the unit sandwiched in Styrofoam. Never any failure and the tubes were always intact.

In my area the surveyors always start about 1/2 mile away from my house at a super duper old point established about the time of the pioneers then do the whole property and set the pins with the GPS readings which are accurate to +- .06". One bad hammer hit and the pin is off about 1/4". Then they spend about 2 weeks to write it up.
