  1. I'll take Rumors if you still have it available. Sending PM now.
  2. Very nice setup, I have owned 4312's for many years and can't seem to part with them.
  3. As others said they look too small to be Cornwall's. Maybe he's wrong saying they have a 15" woofer. Also odd he doesn't say the brand. Another one of those to good to be true.
  4. I think the price is reasonable with the Crites tweeters. I have 2 pairs of Chorus' II's with no upgrades in a surround setup for SACD and DVD Audio. I hope I never have to sell them.
  5. Looks like it is listed on ebay as well, current price is $315 with BIN $1,400: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=301189333753 Looks like it sold on Ebay for $1,126.50 on May 9th, he's resisting it due to a non paying international buyer. I've always wanted one of these but I'm not sure I'd pay $1,400
  6. Woot has the Image One on sale today. I'm pretty sure it will work fine with my iPhone 5 but thought I'd check here to confirm that it would work. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  7. Are these stock Cornwall Industrials?
  8. I'm interested in a set of grills for Heresy II's.
  9. I saw this forum thread and emailed it to my buddy who lives in Cleveland. He picked up the speakers today. They were actually built in 1989 per the serial numbers. They are oiled walnut and in mint condition. Here's a picture of them loaded in my friends Mini Cooper for the 2 block ride to their new home.
  10. Very nice set of Belle's for the money, congratulations Bonzo!
  11. The same seller has Khorn's, Forte's and Cornwall's listed on Ebay. He lives in Grass Valley, California. I don't know the seller but I probably live within 10 minutes of the seller. If anybody would like me to check the speakers out for you or assist with shipment let me know. Larry
  12. That's a great deal on the 4311B's, a friend of mine has had a pair of those for years and loves them. A used pair of tweeters for those sell for more than $100 on Ebay. I have a pair of 4312's. the old school JBL's are quite nice.
  13. Does anyone know of a thread or a document that describes all of the different Klipsch logo badges that have been used on the Heritage speakers, including pictures of the different types and details of what speakers they were used on? From things I've read the expets on this subject seem to be colterphoto1, HudsonValleyNoah and Groomlakearea51, sorry if I missed anyone. Here is the best data on the forum that I've found: Klipsch Heritage Codes Reference Data compiled by Groomlakearea51. This is the most comprehensive information that I've seen that provides the "decoder ring" for understanding all things about the Heritage speakers. Colterphoto1 sold a bunch of logos a while back and his thread titled MORE logo badges had a picture of many of the badge types. It's the only time I've seen many of the types in one place.
  14. Cheap, Coors Good but not as cheap, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, Hop Juice Double IPA, Arrogant Bastard Ale
  15. I have seen a forum thread where someone has put a protective grill on the passive radiator but I can't find it at the moment. I believe they bought them from Parts Express, they make them in lots of sizes and do standard and heavy duty. A friend of mine put some of these on the passives on his Forte's, I'll see if I can confirm which ones he bought or another forum member may be able to find the old thread. Parts Express Link for 15" Heavy Duty Grill
  16. Very nice, what are you going to do with them?
  17. If you have an older receiver or pre/pro that doesn't have the DAC's for the new formats using the multi-channel inputs seems to be a good way to go. It looks like lots of the new home theater receivers don't always support all of the new higher quality audio formats. It also looks like only some of the Blu-ray players have multi-channel out and not all of the early ones supported all of the new audio formats. The new formats hold the promise of providing very high quality audio but the average consumer will probably have no clue how to get things configured to take advantage of the new technology. I'm sure there are much newer articles on the subject but I found this article published in 2008 very useful. Home Theater magazine article "High-Definition Audio"
