  1. Morning, nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck early morning. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  2. Please share what your parameters are once you do, I'd be interested to compare to some of the other horn/driver combos, especially with the Belle.
  3. Might be on to something, though 311 was formed and recorded their first album in Nebraska, I do believe when their self titled album came out, they claimed to be from California.
  4. Sorry, I believe 311 has sold more albums and had more albums/songs on the top 10 Billboards top 200 sales, so not sure why they chose Bright Eyes. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised 311's self titled album hasn't sold more than all of Bright Eye's albums combined. Sorry, though I like some of these bands on this list, this list is junk.
  5. Funny, as I was reading the OP's first post, this thought crossed my mind. So what is more important if one had to sacrifice one or the other, timbre matching or dialog? Would it be possible that the Heritage line could reproduce music accurately with great detail, but lack the ability to produce accurate dialogue that center channels do? If so, it would make more sense to me to find a suitable center that creates accurate dialogue over timbre matching.
  6. Congratulations, I don't think I would be able to go back to work until I've gone through my complete music collection and then some.
  7. Have at it, the safe cost so much I can't afford to put anything in it. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  8. I'm glad to hear you are receiving shortly. Our forklifts are 12-14 months out, some manufacturers are up to 3 years. I recently purchased a 700 lb safe. At one point I thought I could move the safe down to the back door in the winter on my own. My wife suggested hiring safe movers. If it was to be positioned in a simple location, it would have been moved with no problem, best $300 I spent. However, I of course had to have it moved in a tight location which called for more skilled movers. The movers I hired were able to get it in the location, but fought it. Looking back, I know how I could have moved it into location on my own, so should have had them just leave it in the open. Just food for thought. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  9. I deleted the link before it finished, after that I wasn't able to access it else I would.
  10. Couldn't really recommend much as I haven't had experience other than older reference. I've heard that newer RF7s are a huge improvement, so I would look at those if I had to. I've also read that the KPI-392 or 396 are great, but those seem to be more like a pro version of a mix between the Cornwall and Forte. Years ago I had some of the larger KGs that sounded pretty good.
  11. I'm the same, however I always seem to have too many coals in the fire to up keep older gear. I look at it this way, one should be able to get several years out of a new quality piece of equipment without the need of tech support. That being said, if I was in the market for an integrated unit, I'd look for something new around the $1k-$1500 mark. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  12. I'd say if foot print is an issue, then Forte IV, if you can give up a little more space then the Cornwall IV. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  13. True, typically see Belles go for around 3k around here. I expect that price or higher on market place. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  14. That got out of hand real fast, wasn't going to go no where near that price. Good luck to those bidding, I believe it's going to get ugly tomorrow and someone is going to pay way may than what these are worth. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  15. So I go back and forth on this as I find it hard to find a reputable tech to service older gear. You strike me as the type that can service his own gear. I'd like to hear a well serviced vintage Marantz, SS or tubes. I really miss my Scott 222c that was restored by Craig. Main problem I had with it was the power/volume pot. 16. I was the highest bidder at $250.00 until then. I won't bid again until the last day, of coarse that depends what the highest bid is.

    What I Got Today!

No that's my wife and I'd appreciate it if you kept her name out of your mouth. [emoji2957] To stay on track Just received these cans, Hifiman HE400SE. Enjoying some coffee and Nirvana's cover of Lake of Fire. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  18. Must be gone cause they aren't coming up now.
  19. The horns alone are worth a couple hundred.
  20. I'm local so it makes since to create an account, bid $5.00, instantly outbid. There's an industrial pair in the same area for $1500.00, aluminum trim, handles and all. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  21. Just tried to order a pair and my credit card was declined, guess today was not the day to order.
  22. My 81s had them, I believe they are stock. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  23. That's a [emoji533] move. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  24. Yes, they give you real cash back. However, make sure you pay your balance off monthly or you could end up with more interest than cash back. BOA gives me 3% for groceries, 2% gas, and 1% everything else. I've spent $300-$400 this year so far of cash back money on audio purchases, currently sitting with $55.00.
  25. Had a pair of those given to me. Both the lf driver surrounds were shot, had a local guy redo them for $150 each. Bottoms of cabinets were shot, ended up selling for $1200.00. Sounded great, just power hungry. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
