    After cleaning your vinyl do not put them back into paper sleeves. These are awesome and are worth every penny.

    I have a 2238B and I love it. I have no idea what they're worth but, they seem to hold their value. Right now I am running it with Forte II's and the sound is very warm and smooth and it looks great IMO. I think you'd enjoy it for sure. Hope that helps.

    I run Forte II's in my kitchen set up.......they really are a nice speaker.

    I run a Carver amp with my Chorus's and they sound great! I bought it used for like $250.......I love it. Good luck with your search.
