quality of sound differences generally come from the DAC and the DAC's in CD players do vary. so yes, you can get better sound on better players. but you also can use your existing player as the transport and add a DAC, could be a lot cheaper.

i browse it periodically to see what prices things are selling for...very useful to see the screaming deals even if you don't buy, IMHO.

RF 7's in a home theater would be fantastic. i auditioned 7's against khorns in the same room at a dealer, i ended up the the khorns but it was for a 2 channel application. the 7's were extremely impressive.
