The remote is the key apparently. Once I held the BT button down for 3-4 secs my phone found them no problem. By the way these things are impressive for what they are!🤟

Carl has a 684 to fill in the low end. I have heard this system and it is killer the 396 is no slouch! I do love both the 456 and the 942 combo's.

I bought this today for my parents Xmas gift!

The 3's would work fine but if I were moving them from venue to venue I would either buy an older set of KP 201, 250 or 262's. If you want new I would special order some KI-272 or 262 and have the factory add corner covers and pole cups, handles. Then get two subs and call it a day.

I think you will like the ta100 rb5 combo. I ran a similar setup where I used a emo pt100 with a emo mini x amp powering rb5's. Awesome for what it is. Match that with a little 10" sub and you'll have a nice little rockin system.

Travis I went with flat black with an eggshell finish. I didn't want to do anything to degrade their value with some weird custom color. I plan to put grills over them and box them in at some point.
