  3. I AM NOT GOING TO ASK AGAIN! KEEP ON TOPIC!!
  4. GENTLEMEN IM ONLY GOING TO SAY THIS ONCE. THIS THREAD IS WAY, WAY OFF TOPIC. PLEASE...PLEASE KEEP THIS THREAD UNDER CONTROL! I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANOTHER OFF TOPIC RESPONSE!
  5. All I can say about Fostex tweeters is get ya some! Some years ago messing with vintage speakers I came across a good few fostex units. If building or modding a speaker they use to be found farely reasonable in price. I used them in some vintage fishers. Even tried some with boston acoustics models and a few others when struggling to get prominent high frequency. Best of times to you op!
  6. They look rather nice and id have to say a pretty darn good price as well. GLWS jimijimbo!
  7. These look cool. If they are real wood signs it would be killer to use actual veneer or finish of actual klipsch speakers(understandably a bit more pricey) although these are nice and simple.
  8. I have to agree. Id like a few plain T's that say KLIPSCH with a logo possibly...Black is fine...maybe some multiple colors(dark navy blue is my color, matches my eyes) seriously the plain KLIPSCH tshirt would be nice with a little logo in the background somewhat...a few more colors would be nice...My last pissing off neighbors shirt is getting messy...I dont wash my clothes(light handwash only) so dark colors are nice I know im off the direct topic although I do feel the current klipsch clothing is lacking. For example my plain black Fender or rock tshirts are a bit plain and look real nice under a sportcoat.
  9. neutrik work well..just dont yank on the cable itself...pull the metal jacket ..cheap cables will fatigue and break even after 1 use especially when yanking the cable go ahead and laugh sounds funny and im kinda stating the obvious although iv had friends text at midnight asking if i have a cable theirs had pulled out when you pull any cable off be sure to grab the jacket that is secured the the connection in the device/unit you are removing it from...this will detour you from pulling wires loose. I suggest getting livewire cables black in color from guitar center(other places sell livewire as well)...anyhow the black in color are a step or 2 up in quality of build and will last forever in miner pa use let alone home audio use. Plus they are only 8-12 extra bucks normally when dealing with 20' i have boxes of these nip boxed up somewhere...when you buy pro coverage at guitar center they throw good cables in free
  10. Congratulations porn star! Lascalas are a speaker made for a lifetime of sound reproducing enjoyment. Just keep a towel nearby for all the drool
  11. I wish i would had caught this sale...that little amp will make either H's or Ls's do absolutely what they are designed to do. Very nice choices indeed!
  12. wow. that is a very, very good buy! them cornscalas are the ones in my dreams. I love vintage jbl studios! wow...thats just a screaming great deal!!
  13. Id go ahead on the 20's....id offer $425 maybe even in person flash 4 $100 bills to offer if they look descent and sound good(say you have to go through and check caps and upgrades etc, not that they should/would need anything but you may get the deal that way) and aim for about 475-500 tops though unless they are pristine ya know...regardless if there on clist offer less...590's not bad still at least 550 sounds better...they would be a easier sure sale in the future for 375-400 farely quick in case you find 30's and feel the need to upgrade... phenolics diaphragms are good too...anymore its a bit of a toss up to me when good power and setups right...i do have crites titanium in most the speakers in my main room although id run them stock for maybe a year and see how you like them. That want to upgrade does drive us all hard though...iv did some switching back&forth between ti and stock diaphragms testing and you really may find the phenolics better...its all taste. The klf20's i used were stock. They are keepers for many. If your feeling like bigger are better for you then hold off for some 30's. In the average room for average use klf20's are just fine though...way, way better than many others imo
  14. Im still with you on this too Carl. I mean why cannot a guy have some eye candy to remember and enjoy. Still looking forward to the meeting of the fellow klipsch pilgrims etc... Just hope that plant tour is an option.
  15. imo thats a good chioce.. it was a good deal although man id chose klf30's or even klf20's over the rf7ii(klf20&rf7ii are in my opinion close in value still i like the 20 quite a bit when done right in 2 ch)klf30 no doubt my choice over 7ii's in a 2ch setup.... I rocked a pair of rf7ii's for several months and they sound good, bass in particular was ample yet again my personal taste for klipsch 3ways keeps me away from klipsch reference. As well as the fact that klf30's and especially 20's(which seem to be a bit tough to find) are near half the price when found...at least a good percentage less in cost. you'll find another good deal. best of times on your hunt!
  16. A warm one! Just a gallon of decaf tea for me today guys

    Space Mountain

I read nothing just the title. And i feel like i just stepped off of SPACE mountain every night before bed(if i can sleep lol) and when i get up im definately getting on SPACE MOUNTAIN....Im serious. I road that at disney once or twice too lol cheers!
  18. They are around. As matter of fact its these very monitors in a modern style that klipsch used on each side on top of dual 18's when they had the band "bleeding keys" jam at hq last month.... Thay are a must have for small/mid pa. Off topic but kpt250's and 1 18" does pretty good in most halls for pa...maybe 2 18's depending on genre
  19. those look so good they look fake. somebody took very, very nice care of that pair
  20. wow...where was i lol...now thats a deal!
  21. $450 seems real good on the chase 18.2's wish i needed subs im close
  22. looking at pic $200-250 as they sit still id start the offer at $175 maybe 150 if demo was good on them before purchase some of the older 15's with klipsch logo on cone are sloppy so maybe pass
  23. "colterphoto1" would make an absolutely great klipsch forum mod! There are honestly countless people here on the KLIPSCH forum that would make great mods I wouldnt know where to begin or end listing people that if they felt like doing so they would be very good forum mods
