  1. They would work great as PC speakers. I used to have a pair of KG 1.2's and they sounded as good as some floorstanders.
  2. How dare it go out to lunch without inviting you! Glad you got it fixed. Nothing worse than facing a big repair bill.
  3. Don't forget the pilot, Captain Sum Ting Wong, only had a grand total of 43 hours in that type of aircraft. We had a crash here a few years ago where the blame was pilot error. Everyone on board died.
  4. My fingers pop from arthritis. Could that be a category?
  5. This list is short and sweet: http://www.critesspeakers.com/
  6. I'm going to be going with RS-62's for my surrounds to go with my Chorus II's. I'm in the same situation as you are: need to wall-mount my speakers. Frankly, the THX surrounds don't even measure up to the RS-62's or RS-62 II's.
  7. You can check out anytime you like, But you can never leave.
  8. Name for new subwoofer company: We Tu Lo. LMFAO!
  9. NEED TO TYPE LOUDER...CAN'T HEAR YOU!
  10. Passives move with sound waves. Speakers put out sound waves. If passives are close enough to an sound wave, the passive will move. Plus, it does not produce sound. That is being caused by the Chorus II's disrupting the airflow from the other speakers. Put a fan next to a passive and it will move.
  11. I hope they're black to match my Chorus II's. Will definitely bid on those!
  12. That's like saying my PC13-Ultra is short.
  13. I think it's the same company. However, their homepage says they are not making products anymore.
  14. They're right here in the Buffalo area. Can't get an address on them.
  15. Give Fosgate a call and see if they repair them. They repaired my Punch 45. But, that was a few years ago.
  16. Well, that narrows it down to 100,000 of you Texans. At least we can count out the 500,000 in Florida. And that's just Forum members!
  17. Dunno...I see 3 doghouses over there you can sleep in. [:|]
  18. THAT is an awesome amp. [li] Wish I could've got THAT pricing when I bought it new!!
  19. My ATI gets "warmish." It's always sat on the top shelf of my stand.
  20. Don't know if it would work better, but my gf uses a cake turner. Don't know the correct verbage. It's circular and allows the turning of the cake while decorating it.
  21. I can't answer that. I know he is great with tubes. Not so sure about SS. Maybe someone else can answer this. Good luck!
  22. Even though I have some nice gear, I'm still a newbie when it comes to knowing the insides and out of amps and what not. So please forgive my ignorance, but what are CCA's, and where inside the amp would they be? No problem, man. Sometimes people use acronyms that other people don't understand. CCA's are circuit card assemblies. Also PCB's are printed circuits boards. There are a few other names floating around. It all depends on the architecture of your amp. My ATI has 5 discreet boards, one for each channel. Just have to figure out what channel isn't working. Pull that board and send it to a tech who knows those boards. Or back to the manufacturer for repairs.
  23. With a little scotch-brite, the one on top will shine up real good. []
