  1. Welcome back Halfa. I wouldn't worry too much about the separation issue, it was pretty rare. I have a pair of P38s that were built in 2009, been used a lot, and no problems at all. They were a prototype built in Indy, no serial numbers. I did get the center, P312 sub, and a pair of P17b for surrounds a few years later. 7K for a pair of P39s is a good buy. I would move quickly or they might disappear. What color are they, they are all beautiful, I'm partial to merlot. There's a very interesting photo of all 3 towers together, the 39s are massive. My friend is the lead acoustical engineer in Indy, he made the comment once that if the P39 had a larger cabinet, they could really sound good.
  2. Just curious....did you dad have other speakers as well, other gear? When someone has really nice gear, we always wonder what other good stuff he had. If you don't like to answer, I understand.
  3. Yea there are some limitations for new members. You could post again and the functions might start, it was 5 or 25 posts. There should be a whole row of functions at the top of the reply page. Your Dad sounds like he was a very interesting guy.
  4. You really need to get advice from someone local that knows sandstone. Your location (weather, temp, sun exposure, material) dictates what's the best product to use. I recently moved 1200 miles, and the sealers I used back there don't work as well in the high heat of south Texas. I have used Butterfield products here that have held up well so far, especially their Clear Guard Pro 350. It's a high gloss sealer. It looks wet but won't add any slickness. If you're worried about traction, you can add some Sharksgrip anti-slip additive.
  5. Great buy on a very good amp.
  6. If you guarantee my eligibility I will pay you the $100 fee asap!
  7. The Craigslist ad is gone so these are probably sold. Cool speakers BTW.
  8. If your original post had pics, they would've already sold😀
  9. The new guy doesn't know about the half price discount for members😀
  10. Sorry to hear this Wuzzzer. I'm sure he knew he was loved, and he had a good life with you two. Dogs are in our life for a fraction of time, but we are in their whole life.
  11. William (awesome name btw) prayers and good wishes sent your way.
  12. If you crank it, I might hear it, I'm in New Braunfels.
  13. Give it a try but be careful with the volume knob.
