  1. Yep, the B is for black. I have no idea if these are actually B stock, but didn't want to hide anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Anyone? This is a great center...and I don't know of any priced lower. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. RB-75 never had a "2" series. That was the only bookshelf made with the 1.75" compression driver. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Awesome setup! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I would love to hear Jubilees some day. 42" width would be impossible in my current home. Also, having a crossover built or using active crossovers is past my abilities at this moment. I think those issues are what make the volti options more appealing, especially with the veneers available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. 15 x 24 x 7.5. Altecs on the short wall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. No longer for sale. RC-64ii in great condition. I bought this recently and am not able to use it based on my system setup. Works and sounds great. It'll just be too long before I'm able to use it so I'd rather it got some use. Person I bought it from said it was B-stock but I have no indication of that anywhere. Just wanted to be up-front about the speaker. Located in Terryville, CT.
  9. Agreed. Volti's other offerings are absolutely beautiful. ...maybe these are just prototypes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. When was this from? The Alura is essentially a cornscala in 2 separate boxes. A more compact version would be better. I wonder if there's any bracing in that cabinet. Edit: compact box not better, but neat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Looking good! KG4s are quite nice to listen to. Happy listening!
  12. A bit of tape on one of the woofer surrounds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. At that price, you could find the SW-311 for just a bit more. There aren't many reviews for it, but I love mine. Really tight bass and it has no trouble shaking walls if called for. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-SW-311-Reference-Series-Subwoofer-Black-Satin-finish-NEW-/291731073848?hash=item43ec86eb38:g:oYIAAOSwGYVXBWGo ...or, for just slightly more, give safe and sound in MA a call and you could get the R-115SW. Then there are many DIY options, and ID subs out there.
  14. So when should we all be over for movie night? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. You may want to wait for a set of 75s to come up. You may regret selling all of your speakers. They are both great sets made in USA that don't exist anymore. Good luck with your sale if you decide to sell though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. What happens if a set of La scalas come up at $300? Surely you won't just walk by them, leaving them sad and lonely... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I've never heard the original rf7, but I have the rf7ii. The RP may actually be slightly smoother. However, the 7s have layers more detail and a deeper/fuller tone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Been looking for a black set. Really wish they were closer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Horn loaded any driver is better as far as efficiency and distortion. That's why we're all Klipsch fans! :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I have to imagine the market for horn loaded subs is rather small. Look at the amount of 8" and smaller subs on the market. Big boxes are not an easy sell anymore. Within this group or the DIY forums, horn subs are accepted and loved. The general population acceptance is probably pretty dismal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just out of curiosity, why not use them in your 5.1 setup? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Is it just the 39s that were level-matched and you received measurements for each speaker? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Sending a new speaker? That's awesome service, but seems odd that it isn't an actual matched pair. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. You'll be quite pleased with those. They're awesome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
