Depends how many drivers in each speaker, a miniDSP 2X4HD has 2 inputs and 4 outputs, so for a KHorn 3 way you need 2 miniDSP2X4HD.

A Google quick search found https://audioxpress.com/article/test-bench-b-c-speakers-dcx464-high-power-coaxial-compression-driver-and-horn and a thread - https://www.diyaudio.com/forums/multi-way/335600-dcx464.html No mention of the DCX464 on the Klipsch forums that I can see. But this coaxial solves the time alignment issue between mid and hi.

Well, I believe you will have AK-3 crossovers with no terminal strip and Monster Cable internal wiring. I suggest you either re-cap the AK-3 or build an AA. To tart up the AK-3 : 1. re-cap the AK-3 (the little black 2uf caps on my AK-3 had drifted and had high ESR) with a kit from Bob Crites. 2. check the Monster Cable, mine had gone a klerpy green color and the clear plastic was sticky, replace if you think it is necessary. 2.5mm (14awg) clear cable will do with spade lugs for the speaker ends and fork spade lugs for the terminal block at the other end 3. add a terminal strip to the AK-3 like in Deang's AA build thread or get one from Bob Crites. 4. replace the gasket in the K401 horn. As a plug and play guy it may be worth your while calling Bob Crites and see if he will re-cap your AK-3 and provide new cables. He used to provide that service. H-D Rider, I am intrigued as to why you want an AK4 crossover. These days it is more cost effective to go active with an Xilica rather than the cost of the components for a network like the AK4. You don't mention what your current network is or the environment, listening levels and drivers. Have you swapped tweeters or mid horns and drivers ?

Well the clock face is the same, 12 to the top, but sun dial pointers incline south and when I set up my Davis Vantage Vue weather station I had configure the wind at +180 degrees and Alternating Current sine waves always start going south (negative).

Due to the coriolis effect, in the southern hemisphere we always connect them so the current flows in a clockwise direction.

The few Klipsch networks I have simulated in LT Spice have shown bumpy response - try the AK4 , but the reviews mostly say they sound fine. If you use the impedance of the woofer in your LT Spice model you will need a Zobel network. http://audiojudgement.com/impedance-equalization-circuit-zobel-network/ is the link I use to calculate the values, it also shows where the Zobel connects. For your twin woofers you could try a Zobel of 3.9 ohm and 33uf . The calculation comes to 4.125 and 3.9 is the closest value resistor you could buy.

I agree. I have always ignored the autotransformer in LTspice x-over models Here is the LTspice run plot of my home brew ES networks and the REW measurement of the network at the speaker terminals with the autotransformer in circuit with the mid. I may add a T2A autotransformer and the resistor attenuator to the LTspice model and compare the run prediction but don't hold your breath.
