thebes
After a decade or so the band's out with "Soldier of Love". You can catch the video for the lead song and an interview here: http://www.sade.com/gb/home/ Also being released in vinyl, for $25 at Acoustic Sounds, and I presume many other places. Dennie
I put a reminder in the Right This Minute Tread yesterday. She was on the "Today" show this morning and sounded good! [] Thanks Thebes, Dennie
russ69
Thanx Thebes, I'm about due for a new Sade album, the recordings in the past have been solid and she sure is easy on the eyes........ Thanx, Russ
Rivernuggets
Read a couple reviews and I'm psyched! Rolling Stone, "Where does she go between albums? She probably has her own island." To get by between her last couple albums, I've listened to Sweetback. It's her band on their own - two releases, here and here. Keep in mind they have guest vocalists (with some instrumentals), so it strays from Sade for sure. But still, some sweet percussion loop and bass grooves. Ready for Sade! Can't wait for those despondent lyrics! [Y]
