fini
...and I notice quite a bit of activity on the forum. Shouldn't we be in church?? So I'm curious: How many here are just heathens, and how many go to churches that allow you to use your laptops or iPhones during service? Is your church a WiFi hotspot? Hmm, that might be a good way to attract the young-uns...
oldtimer
The church of baseball isn't open for a few more hours.
Moderators dtel Posted May 2, 2010 Moderators Share Posted May 2, 2010 One vote for heathen. " Is your church a WiFi hotspot " I hope they put an adult material filter on the WiFi , and not just for the audience.
theplummer
My.... Aren't we a bit judgemental. Just because someone isn't in church on the prescribed "sabbath" doesn't mean any here are heathen's. I for one celebrate my religion every day, not just on Sunday []
Moderators dtel Posted May 2, 2010 Moderators Share Posted May 2, 2010 At the Church of the Well Roasted Bean--- * WiFi from heaven * All the Joe you can guzzle * Clean Restrooms! The sad part is there all probably talking to each other on face book !

winchester21
I prefer to give thanks as the sun comes up in a duck blind or a deer stand on a beautiful fall morning. Or when a bass sucks under a top water plug. Maybe a perfect target on the pistol range or a straight 50 shooting *****. Watching two english pointers lock up on a hidden pheasant. Time spent in the outdoors with my kids is my religion. Too many rules and cliques at churchs in the big city.I would rather give my 10 % to a worthy cause or a struggling record shop owner. I have a pressing appointment with a 5 lb bass after I drop by to see my mother. Have a great Sunday at church or otherwise.
djk
"Shouldn't we be in church??" What, is it Saturday already? I though I was supposed to pray five times a day? Well, that covers the big three desert religions (J, C, I) , but what about the eastern religions?
