Tornado 50 miles away and just found a 2ft x 2ft x 1/2" nailed piece of plywood on the driveway

Crazy, we have been watched all kinds of debris fall in the yard this evening from tornadoes across the state but the above mentioned plywood takes the cake. As far as we could see up there was garbage in the sky. I've never witnessed anything like it before. We have paper, insulation, wafer board, plywood, you name it falling. This is "the sky is falling" for real.

I was just reading about this, a mile wide tornado went through Tuscaloosa AL, Birmingham has almost 300,000 without power. Nuclear power plant in TN had to shut down because high power lines were down, and the worst part, over 70 dead so far.

There are many other places where tornado's hit like Arkansas and Mississippi.

128 confirmed dead so far in Alabama from yesterday's storms. Lot's of sad stories on the news today, but also many great ones of survival. Many people across the region seaching for lost loved ones this morning. It's truely a heart wrenching situation.

As of 3:30pm central time today there are 180 confirmed dead in Alabama from yesterday's storms. Officials believe the tornado that went through Tuscaloosa and Birmingham (50 miles apart) will be the longest running tornado in history.

The whole state is just stunned right now. President Obama is coming here. No power in most of the state. No generators available at the stores. Most gas stations not working or selling a max of $20 worth to any one person, etc. etc.

Spent part of yesterday getting to Filipino friend's house in Ringgold, GA, and helped clear downed trees. Their house was not damaged much at all. Down the hill, it's mostly matchsticks and rubble. Unbelievable!!!
