Don Richard
Oklahoma State is at #2 in the BCS standings with Bama dropped to #3, followed by Standford #4. Arkansas is up to #8 and could give LSU some trouble Nov. 25th when they meet in Tiger Stadium. Barring that possibility LSU should be top seed against...? Standford plays Oregon this weekend and is a 3 point favorite over the Ducks. If Oregon wins that could set up Oklahoma State to play in the BCS Championship game - Les Miles' old team vs his new team. Hmmmmmmm. JL Sargent
Oh my! A whole gaggle of one loss teams to ponder. What is the BCS to do??? Lookin like a LSU / Bama rematch.
Boxx
Given last night results result, I think Oklahoma States chances are limited now....
Don Richard
LSU, Alabama, Arkansas 1, 2, 3 in the BCS standings. My prediction - an SEC west team, or two, will play in the BCS Championship game. Just dunno which one (or two) it will be. LSU looks really strong now but they have 2 games to go to get to the Championship game and a lot can happen betweeen now and then.
JL Sargent
So the top 3 teams in the country are from the SEC West division. Did you know that division only has 6 teams total!!! Texas A&M will join next year to make it 7. What a crazy weekend of college football it was too. A Big thanks to Kiffin and USC for getting OSU out of the way! Arky
So the top 3 teams in the country are from the SEC West division. And Auburn (West) is the defending National Champion.

And just how warped is it to thank Kiffin for anything in the football world? It's a crazy season, and why not.
JL Sargent
Gosh, I don't care for Kiffin either but his play calling during the Oregon game was masterful!
JL Sargent
Surprising it's been all bama in the first half. Total Yards: LSU 43 Bama

TheEvan
The Alabama coaching staff really had the game plan put together...plus they executed it all night. I'll bet there is some celebrating going on the Quarter, eh? [D]
tragusa3
I'm most disappointed in LSU's ability to prepare and make adjustments. Our players had a lifeless, uninspired appearance, and the coaches made no attempt to inject swagger. I'm not questioning that Bama proved to be the better team, but the Tigers we've seen all season were not in that dome.

Moderators dtel Posted January 10, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 10, 2012 "I didn't see it coming" - Les Miles He never did, not for one of the 60 minutes of the game, or he would have made a change, I would hope.
