ChuckAb3
Mornin' gang ... 2.5 cups down and ready for the day. Worked on restoring an old cedar chest yesterday and looking pretty nice now. Finished just in time to watch the Broncos win over SD and grill some burgers. Gonna take a little family trip starting Wed. and may be a little out of pocket till the end of the week. Have a good Monday, all.
Marvel
Am kind of glad it's Monday and work... Saturday nite - Annual Christmas Dinner for the Filipino-American Association of Greater Association of Chattanooga. This included a pageant for young girls (it's really a fund raiser for the organization, as the winner is the one who sells the most tickets). My wife and I were doing the announcements for the pageant section and I had created a couple of video slideshows to run. Up late Frid. night, up at 7:30 Sat. working on it again. Arrived at 2:00pm, worked on setup, started show at 6:00pm. Out of there about 11:45pm, so we headed to a hotel down the block so we didn't have to make a longer drive home. Ate again at a great cafe at the hotel (open 24 hrs, and was packed at midnight...) Up at 10:00 Sun. a.m. to get dressed, eat and get to church. Home after and put everything away... sleep... sleep. This morning came early, but I'm actually able to get things done at work. Had copius amounts of coffee. Yes, I will make it through the day! Marvel
Wife's nephew has a couple of drones. He showed me some 4k video he did flying over the beaches and palms in northern Palawan. Beautiful video. Mark, you should love it to learn how to use one of those. I'm amazes at how well the controllers work on those to keep them so steady. They are all 4th generation farm folks. Water is not talked about much, they have NO problem(s). 24 years ago i met one, Pub somewhere, seen him over the next ten years, here and there, then one day get invited to a BBQ, that's all she wrote, i was being checked out by everyone, they must have approved, i value their lifestyle and respect it. I do odds and end favors for all of them, they are happy to pay meterials/electrical mostly. To date im known by at least 22 farmers that own/control well over 60K acres. These are not the kind of people that invite people into their life everyday, it's just not done. im pretty thankfull.

minermark
Getting this Drone repaired and up and flying, i saw some inherent problems, like how in the hell do youi NOT crash? How in the hell do you fly this thing? How does this controller work? Going to be a lot of little kids on Xmas, numbering in the millions this year, and if this is their first drone, you will see why i made these videos. (For The Dad's) Dumb Video camera im using would not "Pause" more than 30Seconds before turning off! So the video turned out to be THREE! Dam Camera. Wardsweb
Happy Tuesday everyone. Cool crisp mornings here and 70's in the afternoon. I like winter in San Antonio. Looking forward to this weekend when I have some buddies over to play in the music sandbox. For now, the show must go on, or in my case, the work must get done. Ya'll have a great day.
minermark
Morning Gang Well my new Mr Crow "complete" kit came in last night. Annnnd, it's turns out to be far from complete for what i paid. So i'll be dealing with that today. There is now a guy on the Bay that is back making Kits and parts again after being gone for two years. I will be buying his "Complete" kit, and likely part out this one, hey chit happens. Farm run in awile, a little security lighting on a Barn, Farmers like motion sensor's. Went through all of the CB radios last night, all are indeed "Toast/junk", will stop by the truck stop on the way to the farm and buy a fancy new CB for the guy that wanted "one" good working unit. He does not need to know they were all junk. good thing it's "Trash Day" Taco Tuesday or Burrito morning is more like it ! Time for that second cup, good day...... :emotion-44:

The last two episode have just seem to drag on, and on. Maybe it is because of how netflix has us watching series, they release all at once and we watch in binges.

Got gigged just last month for flying too close to SacMetro (Surounded by Farms).
