jimjimbo Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Anyone read any actual paper based audio magazines??? If so, what do you consider the best? Quote
tnr Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Home Theater and Sound & Vision merged late last year and now is under Sound & Vision. Not bad for under a buck an issue (subscription). Stereophile is more true audio and pretty in depth with their reviews and cover tube, SS, turntables, vinyl, etc... It is very reasonable too at a subscription point. 1 Quote
Boxx Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Perfect...I'm tired of reading Penthouse....thanks Well, In that case.... Here you go.... 1 Quote
tnr Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I've never "read" Penthouse...is that a real estate publication? Quote
gnatnoop Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 sound and vision is still a decent buy, but every time they buy a competitor, the mag gets thinner... go figure, i've subscribed since 77. also subscribe to stereophile and the absolute sound, these are much more verbose, more flowery language, but still worth the price.
