The Aggies won a good game against WVU yesterday.

 

Some good matchups on tab for today starting with LSU vs ND then UGA vs LOU and finally MD vs STAN.

 

I agree... I looking forward to seeing the LSU/ND game....

The Aggies won a good game against WVU yesterday.

 

Some good matchups on tab for today starting with LSU vs ND then UGA vs LOU and finally MD vs STAN.

 

The starting QB for WVU retired last Friday due to previous concussions, so the starting bowl QB only had ONE start under his belt.  IMO WVU did better than expected scoring 30.  I didn't think we'd get any more than 17 points.  The defense lived up to their regular season performance, giving up 45. 

 

OTOH the Big 12 took it on the chin as a conference, with WVU, Texas and Oklahoma all going down in the same day, and neither Texas nor Oklahoma even put up a fight! 

 

I'm just hoping the Big 12 flag bearers Baylor and TCU can restore some honor.  I think how a conference/team finishes in a bowl makes an impression for pre-season rankings for next year.

I admire such a wise decision from a young player.

 

Boston University is doing a study funded, in part, by the NFL regarding Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).  When I die, my wife has to contact BU to collect my brain.  By my calculation I've had ~ 5 concussions.  Using their definition, I've had many more.  They want to peek inside my skull.
