WTB K-HORNS

60's - 70's k-horns   must be the following

factory B-style - Walnut/Cherry/exoctic with black grills - no oak or black - mint condition - factory stock drivers - upgraded crossovers ok

close to me here in cincy  8-10 hrs round trip

 

i've changed my mind on an earlier thread i started, wtb cornwalls to wtb k-horns

 

plan on moving in 2015 to a house that will have two 20x25 rooms

Nice!  I have a pair of 1972's.  Not exactly 'mint' but so damn close as to make this finicky dude happy.  Good luck with your search!

already have a 69 set of k-horns

This is a 1980 model.  I'm the 2nd owner.  Excellent condition.  AA crossovers have Sonicaps from Crites.  I have the original caps too.  

Original drivers.   Original purchase documents.

Stock raw birch was professionally veneered in Rosewood.  Aluminum edge trim that matched the original owner's B&O gear.

I'm in Toledo.  3 hours away.  Probably not what you're looking for, but I'm willing to sell & geographically close.  (in Khorn world)

 Is this where you always listened to these KHorns? Looks like you needed to build a false corner for the left one.

Actually, I had them in the opposite corners of my room.  Then, I built false corners and tried them on all three walls of the room. :unsure:   Just not a great match for my goofy basement listening room.
