Karsoncookie
Really great sausage, subjectively, can be awesome delicious. I am of Ukrainian/ Polish heritage. Although I no longer live there, in Mpls MN we have Kramarchuk Sausage Co. Does not get any better, Very historied. My Son now lives in Willimasburg, Brooklyn NY. He came to visit us in East Tx and brought about 10 lb sausage from an Old School Polish meat market, and about 8 lb smoked fish from Acme. WOW. http://www.acmesmokedfish.com/about-us/fridays-retail-outlet

Karsoncookie
Beautiful deelish - I like my Summer Sausage Dagwood style. Also- but not as pretty - THIN (either summer sausage or "Hard Salami") rolled with cream cheese and a Kosher Pickle wedge. Lars '
