Twice Col drew blood with high stick in one game six weeks ago we never got the power play. Caps could interfere or do whatever they wanted without penalty. It's true the refs relax a little in the playoffs but this was wrong to my team. Not whining, "just the facts Ma'am". but then...... "Cheaters Can't Win" & "God Knows."
