I told them to substitute a couple sticks of pepperoni. This first order is just to see how good their stuff is and how well it ships. I'll drill down into some other things if this goes well. You don't use the Falconero like you use "normal" olive oil....it's sort of special occasion oil. Trust me, you'll know once you try it.
