wvu80
I take a multi-vitamin every day. Centrum Silver to be exact, formulated for old people. It probably doesn't help, but it doesn't hurt either.

It probably doesn't help, but it doesn't hurt either. But there are certain practices which are known to help. When you see recurring problems that are actually solved by rebooting, you begin to appreciate the value of it. The benefits of a multi-vitamin as a supplement, on the other hand, are speculative. Not necessarily curative, either. Some speculate a multi-vitamin might have more usefulness as a preventive.

Update: The internet is running super quick at more than 200/20 and has been 100% reliable since the tech was here 3 days ago. When I was arranging for a tech appointment a Suddenlink rep told me to contact then afterwards and they would refund the days the internet was not working properly. I did just that and got a really ambiguous answer about them refunding anything. The rep said they needed to "check my internet usage" to determine how much I was entitled to, and when I asked HOW MUCH I was due, the answer was again "it's being looked into." What do you think the Over/Under is on my getting anything refunded? I'm thinking UNDER.
BigStewMan
I’d be happy with both the potatoes and the internet speed.
