On first listen, I found little in common with earlier works. Only on the second listen did I become aware of typical Parsons sounds, most comparable to his early work "I Robot". The catchy melodies or sounds, which immediately get stuck in my ear canals, are missing nevertheless. And that despite or because of prominent support. Guitar virtuoso Joe Bonamassa is present on two songs, "Giveemmylove" and "I won'tbeledastray", former Styx singer Tommy Shaw excels on "Uroboros", other guest musicians are James Durbin (American Idol) and David Pack (Ambrosia). A gentle melodic soft rock album , nice and catchy but not boring. The album is by no means one of my favorites by Alan Parsons (with and without Project), but will still listen to it from time to time Nice pick, a "dream within a dream", used again on this. Thanks!☕

Dave1291
Love me some Nils. Fan forever and I don't think he's touring w/Springsteen this time out. Maybe another knee or hip replacement. No Clarence either so no me! lol

Dave1291
Larkin Poe is an American roots rock band originally from north Georgia, currently based in Nashville, Tennessee,[1] and fronted by sisters Rebecca Lovell (born January 30, 1991) and Megan Lovell (born May 12, 1989). Featuring strong southern harmonies, heavy electric guitar riffs, and slide guitar, they are often touted as "the little sisters of the Allman Brothers".[2] The band performed at the 2014 and 2016 Glastonbury Festival and were voted "Best Discovery of Glastonbury 2014" by the UK's The Observer. The sisters have also toured as backing musicians for a variety of other bands, most notably Elvis Costello, Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes, Kristian Bush of Sugarland, and Keith Urban. 1
