Dodger, this might be the wrong time and all, but I wanted to drop this link in here for some Holiday gift ideas. Yeah, it's a hint, but how are you going to know what I like?

Thanks for the consideration.

I think it's those goldurn micro-switches they put on everything these days--I think I'll go back to a rock at the riverside (the culture of the archaic strikes again).

Yes, I had a feeling it might be. Shame on me, but I couldn't help myself.

Incidently, in case anyone is wondering. I'm a Frisbeetarian. I believe when you die -- your soul lands on a roof and you can't get it down. Sorry about having to bring up religion, but I felt it was necessary for me to clarify this.

Interesting,

Me, I'm vegetarian and when I'll die, it will be my turn to feed the grass.

L'humour est une chose trop sérieuse pour être confiée à des rigolos

Jeff,

Can you translate

Something about taking humor seriously?

Sorry I don't speek zee englishe...

It means "humor is a thing too serious to be let in the hand of silly people"

As such it doesn't really translate well since the word "rigolos" has a double meaning.

Jeff,

I understand what you mean about the double meaning. My second language is Italian, when someone asks me to translate a proverb or saying, it doesn't flow as it should in its translation.
