thxsubwoofers
I already watch all the Adam Sandler ones. Can anyone tell me where I can find other great comedy movies to laugh at.

Zen Traveler
Without stating the obvious ones, I can think of 3 I enjoyed watching that were semi-obscure, but still make me laugh: 1) excess baggage w/ Alicia Silverstone & Benicio Del Toro 2) Empire Records w/ Liv Tyler & Renee Zellweger 3) Making the Grade w/ Judd Nelson
BobbyT
read through this thread. a lot of good ones mentioned there. http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=60584&sessionID={1F73C6BB-4A74-4643-B0DE-D3EA518DBDBA}

Champagne taste beer budget
Monty Python And The Search For The Holy Grail Caddyshack Vacation and Christmas Vacation (I'm a sucker for the older stuff.) *Edit* You may have to watch Grail a couple times to make sense out of it! toddvj
Some excellent suggestions. Especially Meet the Parents. I will add: Jim Carrey Movies: Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura, The Mask, and Liar Liar. Austin Power Movies: Int'l Man of Mystery, The Spy Who Shagged Me, Goldmember. Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey. Kevin Smith Movies: Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma. (Haven't seen Jersey Girl, and Jay & SB strike back was just so-so.) Dirty Work w/ Norm MacDonald was hilarious, I thought (at least the first time through). Shanghai Noon, and Shanghi Knights Bad Boys I, and II Rush Hour I, and II and Two of my favorites, which I think are very funny but might not be considered Comedy: Heathers, and Harlem Nights. sputnik
A few of my favorites to add to those mentioned. Raising Arizona (my vote for the all time funniest movie) Local Hero (very clever with rich Dire Straits music) The Out of Towners (the 1970 version with Jack Lemon and Sandy Dennis) Seven Year Itch (Marilyn) Never Cry Wolf (not really a comedy but some great humor in beautiful film with a Mark Isham soundtrack) Monty Pythons The Meaning of Life
sunburnwilly
Crime Wave - Really Off The Wall And Suprising ( Kind of an oxymoron I guess ) Any way the lead characters are the crazy parking attendant from Farris Bueler and the large prison guard from Midnight Express , and if that don't scream comedy , I don't know what will ! IMO FWIW PS = Anybody out there have this movie ? I haven't seen it in years . Maybe we could work a deal - VHS or DVD welcome
wheelman
I agree with Shaun of the dead excellent film. I like off beat comedy. Well just about any comedy really. Try "ED WOOD" with Johnny Depp. I just about choke to death watching that movie if i'm munching. Some like it some don't.
