sputnik
I know that it is by Yes but that's as far as I can go. I think the LP cover was mostly blue, does that count for anything?
colterphoto1
Dig up your LP's Sputnik, I'll take the album title even if you cant' name the song (only 4 on that LP btw). Michael
sputnik
Don't have it anymore. Something like Enigmatic Oceans but that's the title of a Jean Luc Ponty album. Added: The song title had something to do with the sun - it may have been in French (Soleil)
colterphoto1
Topographic Oceans, I'll give it to ya, Yup, it's mostly blue... Yer up Sputnik Michael
sputnik
I remember staring through a smoky haze at that Yes album cover. Fletcher might appreciate this one: " He ripped the beast till he killed him dead. The bees made honey in the lion's head."

Sure, you fell asleep right then and there, Michael. Sure you did. Here's one I bet alot of us heard and probably forgot about. colterphoto1
Jeff, sorry, which lyric software do you to cut and paste from. I googled Lyrics, found one, but it bombs on me like half the time. I just ran out of patience lat night. crooning it's that famous honeydripper hisself Robert Plant from Principle of Moments or Pictures at Eleven, Have to look up song for ya. I've got albums of these..... Worse than Detroit, side two Pictures at Eleven, Holy cow, check out this vinyl! Little by Little Collector's Edition EP with Remix long version, then Easily Lead and Rockin at Midnight (Honeydrippers) LIVE from Dallax TX June 24, 1985. Thanks for the memory, now I've got this one out to play. New song coming up! Sundown, another busy day watching the time fly Old ground standing in the way And I don't know why So here I am making changes Alterations to my house of cards But I don't hold new arrangements Am I at home, am I at home, am I, am I alright? THanks Michael
Jeff Matthews
Michael, you're gonna get this one. I don't know why your searches bomb half the time. But here's what you do - and this is not cheating: Google search: lyrics "pictures at eleven." A bunch of matches will come up. Some of those lyrics pages will list the names of the songs in the album, and the song names are links to the lyrics of each of those songs. Just go through each song real quick. Now, you should get the answer in 3 minutes or less, and you can post a new challenge. Because you knew (or thought) it must be on 1 of 2 albums, you can solve without having to search on any of the lyrics themselves. EDIT: Okay, Michael. Negative 8 minutes. Now, that's a record! Google especially bombs lately. Something going on in my browser, better get Who back on the case! (he's my computer guru) What do you mean - negative eight minutes??? confused??Anybody have a guess at my last one? Where's Max Michael
Jeff Matthews
What do you mean - negative eight minutes??? confused?? Michael Look at the time of my post. fletcherkane
Sixes and Seven's...Robert Plant album was Shaken and Stirred,I think.... My turn... New Genre...should be pretty simple though... You could almost hear those prairie winds blowin' His saddle a creakin' 'neath his old faded jeans You could taste the dry dust from the trail he was ridin' As he sat there and painted those west Texas scenes
Olorin
Re-read post #1, then write "Garth Brooks is, in no shape or form, AOR/Classic Rock music." Do that 100 times in your notebook, then come back with some Aerosmith or something like that. Ride, take a free ride Take my place, have my seat It's for free
