toddvj
You must have a pretty low end klipsch if you would trade it in for that. Low End? What, you have over $46,000 worth of Klipsch? I think this guy who bid over $46,000 is paying too many $$$ though. That's below the reserve, so obviously it's not enough. well ray my name iwillwalk is because i'm a quadriplegic & my dream is to walk again. Ooh, awkward. I bet you feel like an *** now, Ray. iwillwalk
this is how it looks. nothing can compare. they were built only to race
michael hurd
I like chrysler and all, but if you found me a camaro with an all aluminum ( linerless can-Am block ) ZL1 427, I think that I would have to sell a kidney. Many dyno tests on these, with the radical solid cam, mechanical injection and high compression, these were cranking out close to 580 hp at the flywheel. Speedball
I tried to trade my pickup truck many years ago for a 67' or 68' camaro but he wanted money too and that stopped the deal.[] The camaro had the headlight covers that would close and make it look like a continous grill. Since we are talkin' about fast... have you guys heard about the Cheverolet Yenko's ? Verrrrrry fasssst.
iwillwalk
the coolest thing about chrysler is they did little cool thing like this dart.i have a mopar mag with everything about this car. it was doing 10 second 1/4 mile right off the line. Daddy Dee
That is a very nice car. I'm a little surprised that it's stock is worth so much. I wouldn't trade my Klipsch for a ride, though.
garymd
I took my driver's test in my grandmother's '67 Cuda. Only had the 318 but it was still sweet, even with that puke olive green paint. Then she gave it to my older sister who totaled it........[:@]
Zealot125
DODGE HAS BUILT THE FASTEST PRODUCTION CAR EVER BUILT IN THE 60'S NOBODY COULD TOUCH THEM I contest. Newer, but undeniably faster and more powerful. Fastest street-legal car ever produced. Although not really factory built. http://www.fast-autos.net/lingenfelter/lingenfelter427tt.html What they are doing with the new Z06 looks promising, but there arent any cold hard numbers on it yet. Sounds plain frightening though. http://www.lingenfelter.com/LingenfelterC6ZO6427CIDTwinTurboCorvette.htm
rockbobmel
Best car I ever had was a 65 Dodge Dart Wagon. 225 SUPER slant 6. 13" tires, 3sp. auto on the column. Best car I owned. It topped out at, say, 90-95, and did it with ease. It had 220,000 miles on it in 1979 when I hit an oak tree coming home from a party all loaded on "Reds". The motor got salvaged and put into something else. It prolly is running somewhere today.
Fish
This is a strange thread, nuttin'funnier than people.I'd trade all the Klipsch I own or would own for that car.Klipsch can be bought easily and there's plenty of em'.THESE cars are few and very far between and you won't see them in every add in the country.Go peel rubber in a front wheel drive, that always makes me laugh. To each their own but thats mine. toddvj
Just pull the E-Brake, and you can do donuts in a FWD.

It also does awesome rockfords in rewind, back up fast, crank the wheels and floor it, slides around like it is on rails.http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/596345/ShowPost.aspx
Mighty Favog
RICHARD PETTY WON THE DATONA 500 IN 1970 IN THE SUPERBIRD Now that's what I had....
Speedball
I learned how to abuse front wheel drive cars with a rental. Drive around with the emergency brake engaged and it feels as though the car will pull itself apart.......lol...lol. Yenko = very fast and valuable. Only had the 318 but it was still sweet, even with that puke olive green paint. Then she gave it to my older sister who totaled it........[:@] Know how ya feel.... My grandfather bought a 69' Cougar Eliminator brand new and he died in 71'. Grandma never held a driver's license in her life. My aunt lived just a few houses away from her and when grams needed groceries aunt Kay would walk down to her house, put grams in the passanger seat and drive her to the IGA two blocks away. Thats' all the mileage that car ever saw. Now comes time to sell the car because Grams is moving to a condo just in back of the grocery store. She said a long time ago that she will not sell it to any one of the grand kids because there would be a big fight over it (and she was right). So with 31k miles and only asking for what she paid for it ($3,200), it was sold to a friend of one of the grand kids............who promtly put slicks on it and took it to the 1/4 mile drag strip. I cringe to think of what it looks like now.
Gilbert
That is a drop dead gorgeous car. Not the prettiest of the mopar muscle cars, but a very nice example. Ray, you obviously don't know dic about cars.
