picky
Anyone wanna take a shot at this show? Although I didn't watch it during it's hey-day, I saw many re-runs. That's Kirby Grant as "Sky King" alright. He "lived onthe "Flying Crown Ranch". In the show they always said that he flew a twin-engine Beechcraft named "Songbird". But, in reality, during the first 39 episodes a Cessna T-50 was used that resembled a Beechcraft twin and in 1956 they switched to the plane shown in Tom's post: a Cessna 310-B. Also on the show was his niece "Penny". Man, am I old!

He would watch that show just get a good laugh of all the things that just plain weren't true. I did like the fact that Squad 51 was a Dodge...
