oldtimer
OB, it's nice you are excited, but news flash--there is little surprise or suspense in today's nfl. This season is no different.
oldbuckster
There are always surprises in the NFL ................ especialy in the Play-Offs ............. You don't REALLY KNOW who will win it all, You think you know, but they must play the game .................. anything can happen in Footballl .................. GO COWBOYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deang
How about the Steelers, they don't look to good Yeah, that's what I thought too until last night. Man, I was really hoping they'd lose that that one. Go Browns!
JJkizak
Yeah, go Browns, but they scare me to death watching them play. Somehow they just keep winning. JJK
oldbuckster
Now with the Giants clinched, what happens Saturday, Do they try and beat the Pats, or play it safe, not try and win, and move on to the playoffs without getting anymore injuries, allowing the Pats to go UNDEFEATED ? Do They PLAY, or LAY DOWN ? ............ Kinda' Interesting position to be in...!!!
oldbuckster
BEWARE of the REDSKINS ................ if they get into the Play-offs they could be tough, reason to play for, fallen teammate, Joe Gibbs smart man, young team, nothing to lose, ................... Oh Boy !!!!!!!!!!
oldbuckster
Giants and Pats now on NBC and CBS Saturday night ....... Gee, thanks NFL, you're all heart, now we can see if the Giants play, or lay down !!!!
Rsoxfan
They better sit Eli.....He could have a good game.... i'd hate to see him use it before the playoffs.......
gonzp
I believe that the Giants lead the league in sacks. Maybe it would be a better idea to sit Brady down???
Rsoxfan
I agree.... but not till the records are broken...
Audible Nectar
It's a shock to see the NFL change course regarding Saturday night's game, but it is the right and smart thing to do. An interesting fact regarding the simulcast: This will be the first time an NFL game has been shown on two different open air broadcast networks since the First World Championship Game (the first Super Bowl) in 1967. I look for the Pats to win this one going away, as the Giants will probably not play the starters for more than a quarter or two. The Giants have nothing to gain by the outcome other than pride. oldbuckster
This game and win for the Giants would be bigger than a Superbowl win .............. This would be HISTORY, everyone would remember the Giants beating the UN-Defeated Pats ................. Think About It ......... It is History no matter what outcome ......... NFL HISTORY .... that's why it's on Free TV !!!!!!!
oldbuckster
Pretty boring Saturday ..................... 6 hours to game time !!!!!!!!!!
