    • Seems like information on the AL6 has gone silent.
    • I turned 70 in Feb.......first SS check is in the mail🤞
    • What’s the deal on the AL6? I haven’t heard a word about them coming out anymore. Klipsch did that one video and that’s it.
    • Had good luck with the CRC and it's half the price, but either would work well.
    • Do not know but, a can of CRC as recommended, comes in larger spray can. Would sure put items fairly close to your heat to initially dry some first. Moisture also dissipate with can of air. Not for electronics but wd to displace water.
    • @KevinB, thanks for following up, it looks like my reply didn’t submit… More info:     My firmware appears correct, version 31.     I changed out the power supply to the one recommended here from Amazon.  Before doing that, the only issue was no sound.  Afterwards, same.  I had even tried the spliced iPhone cord (1.5A) with the same results (before switching the power supply for funsies). I even tried switching the power supply red/white connection to white in the positive and red/black on GND.  It turns on the same but still not sound.     The Klipsch app connects perfectly, controls everything about the soundbar, but there is no sound.  Lights have always worked fine, etc.  Has anyone come across this issue?
    • I know there was talk about a possible upgrade to the AL6 from the AL5. If so, I'd consider that before a sub, just my 2 cents.
    • Definitely Deoxit. How wet are they internally?
    • Thanks everyone for sharing the experience with Klipsch Cinema 600. Mine Cinema 600 has the same power issue. I initially followed the other instructions and didn't work until I read through the whole discussion. It turned out that it is version 2 (manufactured in 2020). I changed the wire connection to the picture above. It works now.   When connections are correct, the upper pair is 5VDC while the lower pair is 24VDC. Otherwise, the upper pair is 185mVDC.   However, I have the following issues: 1. the board is shorter than the original. I could only transfer one of the two attachment screws to the new board. The other end is free resting on the frame. The original frame doesn't fit the new board at all. It is not a good solution with just one screw attachment. How did you attach the new board securely? 2. I couldn't fully insert the back panel into the case. It seems something got in the way near the HMDI cable insert. I couldn't figure it out. Anyone to share the experience?   I noticed that the bundle of the five low-voltage cables is very short. After splicing, it barely reaches the connectors. Could it be the reason why I couldn't push the back panel back?
    • I have the promedia 2.1 THX non bluetooth model that is just out of the one year warranty and one speaker has no volume and the white power LED is on and showing it is powered on. I switched the speakers around and it still has no power on one side so the issue is with the plate amp. My question is: does anybody have a link to a parts supplier to replace the plate amp for this newer model? I live in Canada and when I called the local Klipsch certified repair shop listed on the Klipsch Canada web site they told me to check repairparts.ca because that is where they get all their parts to do warranty repairs from. I found one plate amp on that site but it was the old style that has a DIN plug for the preamp and not the 9 pin VGA style preamp plug that mine has. Anybody have any success finding a replacement plate amp for this model??
