The "grounded" conductor is the white current carrying wire we usually call neutral that is bonded(attached) to ground at the service panel. The "grounding" conductor is what we usually all call ground that only carries current when there is a fault...... Or when there is a ground loop causing noise in your audio system driving you out of your mind

Ahem........the only reason neutral is 0 volts is because it is bonded to ground and is therefore the reference.

Doesn't sound like it from Bruce's post, I had the same thought. Sounds like Bruce is going to make the port a slot (not round) and put it where his removed tweeter was. This is cool Bruce, we need pictures!

Yes zero ohm resistors (shunts we call them) are used all the time on SMT boards. A board may be used in more than one product with minor alterations. The zero ohm resistors make those alterations easier.

Yes David is going 3 way. He has the QSC "minnie me" from Parts Express. Coupled to a Faital HF140 driver. Its all active crossover, separate amps, dialed in with REW. Even a separate amp channel for each of the 4 woofers in the MWM bass bins. Truly superb.. dare I say over the top.
