I think putting La Scalas upside down is a brilliant idea. My only problem with this is that I am tone deaf in my knees. Kicking the speaker at the end of the video? Kick a La Scala on the edge of the dog house would result in some broken toes.

I know those crowned caps failed on a motherboard I had and the computer wouldn't even boot up. I guess my answer would be yes. Detrimental to the speed of the computer.

I have seen people over-power speakers and they never caused enough flame to do this to a speaker. I agree that, if pushed, this could cause Klipsch a problem. I also agree that this seems like someone lit them on fire. Maybe for insurance fraud? Who really knows.
