  1. They have a pure tube, not a hybrid, about 10 WPC for 250 - 300.
  2. I don't know how you're running your gear but if you're using Audyssey, that could be why you get a low rumbling, which I find irritating. That's why I tune my system manually. I get greater control. I like the sub for music and it can be overpowering on TV. I do not know why TV people have to have Thump Thump Thump in all their audio. Gives me a headache. Unlike most here, my system does dual duty. No separate system for music or theater.
  3. I do not use the Audyssey even though I have done a calibration in the last week. I can get far superior sound by using the built in equalizers and input levels combined with the speaker levels in this AVR. This is the most versatile AVR I've ever had and the sound options are almost endless.
  4. While the Polks are a fine speaker The Khorns will be so much better. Your Polks being a very large speaker, require gobs of power to sound their best. It's just the opposite for the Klipsch. You'll need to get them set up and experiment a little until you start to get used to their sound so you can dial them into the room to sound their best. They're horn loaded Bass--The Polks are Direct Bass. There is a difference--give it time.
  5. You can Bi-Amp if you wish BUT your tweeter will probably not use more than a couple of watts==Most of your power goes to the woofers.
  6. Here is a review and the test numbers for your Denon Hope this helps https://www.soundandvision.com/content/denon-avr-x7200w-av-receiver
  7. Folger's or a few brands are not so bad when you First Open them up. It's when they start to oxidize they get tasting bad. We're 8 O'clock bean drinkers also. If I could not get any coffee beans I'd do what you did in a one lb can. I can handle Original or Columbian Peak beans and have several stores to shop. When your Folger's start to taste funky, you'll be happy to get your beans back.

    RIP R Lee Ermey

Loved Gunny. Died from pneumonia. My doctor always advises I get a flu shot. I am older and have had heart problems. He's a good doctor even when I voice my concerns about vaccines. He's so good, he has a mortality rate of 100% in his work.

  14. I hope you don't drive a Chevy or any GM car. GM sells more cars in China than the U.S. Maybe that is why there are so many GM factories there.
  15. I'm gonna behave, I'm gonna behave....
  16. You would think if anything was passed down from the Palladium line it would be the Rohacell cone Bass/ Mid Drivers and not the horn drivers. I think the Rohacell cone drivers are probably superior to the copper drivers Klipsch uses in most of the towers. I know they use the copper and Black ad campaign but for a speaker such as the Flagship RF 7 III, the Rohacell cones might make a sound improvement.
  17. While they probably are decent speakers, I'd be bothered by the thin cabinet. The review said they're probably 1/2 inch. I have a set of entry level Klipsch with cabinets just like this. For a big speaker--even for mine, the cabinets really need to be thicker to stop all the resonance from any frequency played through them. I have another set of large speakers from another major manufacturer and the cabinets are much better that on my Klipsch thus the sound is better especially for controlling unwanted resonance. If you are going to build a big speaker, don't cheap out on the cabinet.
  18. You have something set up WRONG. It could be speaker hook up connection. Make sure the bars in the rear of the speakers are making full contact at the top and bottom. If a bar is not---BASS will not be present. Forget all that break in stuff---you need to double check wiring.
  19. I'd be talking to an accident lawyer for bigger money for ruining my house and displacing my family. If he has insurance, you can bet I'd have my lawyer litigating for big bucks.
  20. I saw the last 3 minutes---Yawn....
