Perfect reason for me to never move any more West

12 gauge 3" oo buckshot into the hole, then gas and a lighter, then beat the area with a shovel. Oh I forgot to say I am scared of spiders. :unsure2: The hairy or big ones at least

My goodness. Once you get over the shock of your first encounter with them, they're pretty cool. Just not in the house, thank you very much.

When we were building our house and it wasn't yet 100% buttoned up there was one in a bedroom closet. I thought my wife was going to have stroke when she came upon it. Gave me a chance to be a knight in shinning armor when I removed it to the outdoors. Now she just says "Oh there's another tarantula".

Now the Scorpions, that's a completely different story.

You just have to respect that.

Not if your really scared of them, I would rather run across a rattlesnake with an attitude

And change my paints.

Any other bugs, snakes are anything I can think of BUT a spider ?  Can't do it, I don't know why.

A rattlesnake is far more dangerous to your health.

True  but with a spider my blood pressure would be a problem, if i don't have a heart attack instantly,. no I would run first.

I have dealt with poisonous snakes and alligators here, they don't bother me. Every couple years we have a alligator in the pond, we have one right now I haven't been able to remove, only around 3-4 feet, doesn't stop me from swimming.

I might leave him there so he gets use to seeing me so I can get a picture, then take him out.

Tarantulas are cool, despite being big and hairy (or because of it).  My dog would have face offs with them in the yard, barking at them while they would rear back and stand their ground.  You just have to respect that.

It sounds like your talking about yourself... Lol....

where's the hot sauce ?......

I think I would rather see a spider than Oldtimer, he's known to have quite a bite also, I've never met him but he might also be hairy ?

The double burn brown.

It might burn going in and out, but the color would not change.

I'm rather fond of them, too. And on a scale of thing that you can run into here ... relatively benign. You have to mess with them pretty vigorously to make 'em get defensive.

SunSpiders are THE ugliest thing I have ever seen on legs....
