flyfysher Posted March 19, 2015 Share Posted March 19, 2015 I owned Klipsch S4 and S4i-II. There is no doubt the audio quality of Klipsch headphones is great. The warranty service WAS great. Now, these headphones are shoddily made and their warranty service involves an extremely laborious and lengthy process. I literally waited months for weeks if not months to receive a warranty replacement and within one day it had broken. Regrettably, I have to recommend: DO NOT PURCHASE KLIPSCH! Klipsch has been around for decades making quality audio equipment that many many people enjoy on a daily basis. Who did you deal with for the warranty process? That's not right. The reason we ask for headphones to be shipped back to us and proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is because we have to deal with some questionable individuals. Lots of instances of faked receipts, headphones that are actually counterfeit, and so on. It should never take so long though, so we'll do our best to figure out what happened. It seems like an impossibke task for even a small factory. Are you running into your licensed factory making copies of your designs with inferior parts and then flooding the market?
