I live here so the tourist attractions are not as exciting as they are to some, but no doubt there are plenty of things to see and do. If you are on the adventurous side and don't mind traveling off the beaten path, check out some of central Florida's numerous crystal clear fresh water springs like Blue Springs, Wekiva Springs, Rainbow River, etc., and you will be amazed at the tranquility and beauty. One of the most beautiful springs/cavern I have had the pleasure to dive. Huge spring basin with gin clear water pumping from the depths. Also Wakulla Springs near Tallahassee.
