wvu80
Virginia looked like a solid #1 playing the 10 seed and had a 16 point lead in the second half. Virginia completely choked away the last ten minutes of the game scoring only 8 points. Orange 68 UVA 62. Syracuse to the Final Four. JL Sargent
That's what a full court pressure defense can do.
Ceptorman
The Orange just wanted it more. I like Boeheim's coaching style. He completely changed his strategy when down by 16…..it worked.
Ceptorman
Does North Carolina ever miss? Both teams shooting well. Good game.
Ceptorman
NC just too much for ND, NC played well. I would say they're the favorite to win it all.
JL Sargent
Yeah, I'd say its UNCs to lose at this point.
DizRotus
The three remaining games should be exciting.
Ceptorman
Yes I believe we will see some good basketball. UNC has been to the Final Four 19 times, the final game 9 times, and has 5 championships. It would be nice to see someone else win one, Oklahoma has never won it all.

Oklahoma was on top of the national polls at least once and maybe twice this year with all the loses by the other then number one's. I see UNC vs OK in the finals with Sooners winning the championship.

richieb
If Buddy is hot OU can win it all. If not they will have a tough go especially if they get in the ring with NC. I watched him get 48 against the Jyhawks in a three OT losing effort. OU needs a hot Buddy to win it all.

Their last 2 games were played about as well as can be, a very strong, well coached team.
DizRotus
Anyone can win at this point, but I predict UNC vs. Oklahoma, with UNC the champs.
oldtimer
The frozen four is also set. Boston College v Quinnipiac, and Denver v North Dakota. It's hard to pick a winner, Quinnipiac is the number one seed and quite formidable, but every other team has championship heritage and potential. I think it will be Quinnipiac against Denver in the final, based on the momentum, but it's hard to exclude NDak from the final. For all I know it will end up BC v NDak. DizRotus
Congratulations to MSU's Denzel Valentine for being named AP Player of the Year. Although Denzel is a deserving recipient, his selection makes the argument for waiting until the season is completely over to hand out the awards. After Denzel's poor performance in MSU's historic upset by MTSU, and now Buddy Hield's great games that have Oklahoma in the Final Four, it's easy to see Hield as the Player of the Year.
