Not sure if you have laws on mobile phone use in a car Here you can’t hold a phone in hand, place it on one’s shoulder or rest it on your lap My phone was in a waist bag that just popped up when I sat down I believe that I have a strong case So even if the courts decision still going against me I would elect to pay in instalments just to nark them But if I was not working I would have elected to go to jail instead of paying the fine - just on principle 3 1 Quote
