TasDom
"January 31 brings a lunar trifecta: the super blue blood Moon! Starting at 5:30 a.m. Eastern, NASA TV will offer a livestream of the Moon. This full moon is the third in a series of “supermoons,” when the Moon is closer to Earth in its orbit -- known as perigee -- and about 14 percent brighter than usual. It’s the second full moon of the month, commonly known as a “blue moon.” The super blue moon will pass through Earth’s shadow to give viewers in the right location a total lunar eclipse. While the Moon is in the Earth’s shadow it will take on a reddish tint, known as a “blood moon.”

wvu80
The moon is directly overhead tonight (Tuesday), the night before the Super Moon. It looks like daylight in my back yard in West Virginia.
JJkizak
The police don't like the full moon because all of the crazies come out of hiding. JJK

T2K
The wife reported this morning that she got up around 4:30 am and saw that the M00n was larger and brighter but otherwise could see no difference than a regular full m00n. Reporting live from central Alabama. Keith

T2K
There have been a few instances where I would have got up at 4:30 am to see a full m00n but it would not have been floating around in the sky.
Coytee
I flashed my moon at my wife and instead of blue, she tanned it a bright red...
