As far as GPS and cell phones are concerned it is kind of a double-edged sword. In your case it was EXTREMELY beneficial to have but I also view it as an invasion of privacy. This is why I haven't ever, and will never even for business, own a cell phone. I don't like the idea of Big Brother tracking me and knowing my every move. Ever hear of the terms "iatrogenic" or "nosocomial"?? BTW, now that I am on the subject of infections...it would be in all our best interest to be sure our virus protection software is up-to-date and that our computers are scanned for viruses regularly.
