jt1stcav
Oh, it's about Macintosh...not McIntosh. If Gordon Gow was CEO of Apple instead of Steve Jobs, then Macintosh would be just as good as McIntosh. Huh?
Marvel
fini, Go to this link: http://www.inflash.com/list.php?get_link_id=1535 Where it says play, right click and save the file to your computer. Every version I have seen is a wmv file. QT won't play it. Marvel

nicholtl
Come on guys, macs are awesome. I have a PC and a mac, and am waiting on my dual 2ghz G5 to arrive. It'll blow the dual 3.06ghz xeon's out of the water. So please, don't hate.
TheEAR
" It'll blow the dual 3.06ghz xeon's out of the water. So please, don't hate. " LOL I hope for Mac they pull this one and really whip Intel/AMD this time, this would be great for MAC and will force Intel and AMD to release more powerful chips faster. But I will be converted when I see the proof, until now Intel/AMD whipped any Motorola powered MAC on any test.I know these new MAC CPU's are IBM and IBM knows how to design chips.Lets see
Invidiosulus
I agree with the evil Ear on this one. There has not been a single program that I have run on the dual 1.4Ghz G4 macs at school that seems to run faster than on my dual 1.4Ghz AMD pc. If anything the mac seems rather sluggish. Peace, Josh
prodj101
I've always thought the "fastest in the world personal comps" seem kinda slow too. programs seem to take longer to start, etc.
nicholtl
Very true guys...infact, even the fastest G4's were never quite as fast as their pentium counterparts. Weird then, is it that in all the ads and spec sheets, for photoshop, quake arena, and all those tests, that the dual processor G4's seemed to best the fastest pentium 4's at the time (2.6 ghz or something). wonder how that is? once the G5 is released late august...we shall see...
