Hi guys. I finally snapped some pics of the new room. It's not complete yet. I still have to paint the rear wall and put my gear in it but here's some pics.

Sorry for the quality of the pics, they were taken with my iPhone. I'm putting a 82 inch tv in there. I'm building the tv stand soon so I can start hooking stuff up soon.

Yes it's the Mitsubishi 82 3D. Long story short. I had been looking for a tv since I started on my house and couldn't find a tv I liked. It either cost way too much or wasn't big enough, had foating blacks or the pic quality sucked. Anyway I was going one day to a shop here that has every plasma,LCD,and led tv under the moon to look at the different brands and as I was walking out feeling unsure what tv I wanted, I saw the 82 in their theater room running avatar on blu ray. I was blown away with the picture quality and obviously the size. So basically I searched for the perfect tv for about 5-6 months and bought one in two days. Lol

I've given serious consideration to buying one and my main concerns are can I get it around the corner into my basement and what kind of picture do you see from the side angles. Please comment. Thanks.

Thanks, was trying to keep it dark for the projector, and it worked well. It looks completely different when I have my acoustic panels down and let the light in =]

That picture must look great on that TV, 3D and 82. [Y]
