neomartic
Ever notice the 17,000+ members and at pretty much any given time there are less than 100 browsing the forum. What's the deal, why even register if you're never going to read or post info/questions on here? Just seems odd to me, imho.
Juba310
Most people that come here have just one or a few simple questions. After all, the purpose of this forum is mainly for tech support.
TheEAR
And then you have a few, hard core audiophiles who post a bit more often. These people are the core of these forums Yes most members only post a few times and vanish
Daddy Dee
I've noticed that, too. I guess it's just the geeks and losers who keep hanging out here. Nothing better to do.

m00n
Naaaaaa. This place is tame compared to other sites I've been on. I don't visit those sites any longer. I posted my views on a topic once, and good lord, you should have read the hate backlash from some of the people.
garymd
I ask a question then leave......until I think of another question. Then there are the stupid comments. Then come the responses to the stupid comments. Then the replies to the responses to the stupid comments. Where was I going with this? neomartic
I refresh the "posted today" portion of this forum about 50 times a day while I'm at work, M-F 8:30-5:00. Does this mean I'm a dork? Or am I smart for using this sweet forum to pass my time at work?

There's a big difference between a dork and a geek .

neomartic
Alright that's okay because I can handle being a geek, but I definately know I'm not a dork. I think being geeky means your smart and know about computers and technology and stuff, but being a dork is a whole other story. We're probably all geeks. lol.
