imperfectcircle25
Well I have let the RF-7's break in for a while and im not really happy with them. So Im on the hunt for a new speaker and have narrowed my choices down to these three 1. Neat Vito 2. Living Voice Avatar 3. Epos ES30 They seem to do what I want far better than the Klispchs and are way more musically involving. So once I make my decision I will be selling my RF-7's as well as my origional RF-3's in the next few months so if anyone is interested please let me know, Im in the western Long Island area. Happy Listening
nicholtl
Sorry to hear that. But...to each his own. Good luck on your new speaker hunt.
Frzninvt
What are you not liking that the other speakers are excelling at? Just curious. I guess I am out of the loop as I have not heard any of those esoteric brands. Did you try any of the Heritage line speakers yet?
MrMcGoo
imperfect, You are listening to your room as much as your speakers. Your problem may be your room in other words. Be sure to try the new speakers in your room before you are committed to buying them. Alternatively, try treating you room before you try new speakers. The difference in sound can be huge. Even small changes in speaker position may make a difference. Bill
tofu
i do like to hear people disagreeing with klipsch sound time to time. it keeps things in a reality perspective. no speaker can be perfect, although sometimes people do make it sound that way. good luck with your decision. Guest Anonymous
I know quite a few people that klipsch would be their last choice. Not everyone likes that sound.... Best, George

MichaelShaffer
Hmm, how much do you want for the RF-7s? What color are they?
Dylanl
I felt the same way about mine after listening to what I feel were superior vintage speakers. I would still like to hear what you did not like in particular.
stan krajewski
1. Neat Vito 2. Living Voice Avatar 3. Epos ES30 Never heard of any of these companies. I would exhaust many other well known speaker brands before plunging into the obscure. I would try a B&W 802, Altec A-7s, Karlson , PROAC 2.5. All of them great speakers. Always in demand. Neat Vitos are going to be tough to unload without taking a bath. You are 26. Many speakers yet to be had. Or, you have deep pockets. Then what the hey - make someone on this forum real happy. Sell it to them --- cheap! But above all, please answer some of the questions asked in this thread. There is a world of knowledge here that you can tap into. I completely agree,no speaker can be perfect.I've never read any post here claiming Klipsch are perfect.Maybe some people just take it that way.More likely many are just very happy w/the performance to price ratio. That said,I've never saw a product that "everyone" likes,we all have different taste, good luck and hope you enjoy the new speaks.
Daddy Dee
My preference rests strongly with Heritage. Worth a try, IMO.

heresy2guy
"Musically involving?" Define that phrase. Uppity, elitist audio-writers use that term quite often but I've yet to hear any of them actually define what it means. Maybe it's just me, what with being a knuckle-dragging, klipsch-listening caveman and all - LOL. Seriously though, although I'm a big heritage fan, I actually like the RF7s when comparing them to non-heritage speakers in the same price range. But to each his own - good luck on your future purchases!

I watch each one just waiting for your replies. This last comment still has me laughing. I should have tried your Crossovers before I let mine go.
